Previously, pyrotechnician Hanna Gutierrez-Reed, who confused prop bullets with live ammunition, was sentenced to a year and a half in prison in this case.

Baldwin was accused of careless handling of weapons and wanted to be given 18 months in prison, but in the end, the charges were dropped.
